Diabetic Performance and Wellness is a platform designed and owned by me, Benjamin Massey, a Type 1 Diabetic of 18years. My purpose is to INSPIRE and educate the diabetic community to enhance the management and control of there condition with the implementation of nutritional changes and exercise to create a high level of confidence about there diabetes management. I follow a whoIe food low fat plant based diet for the management of my diabetes. I am not qualified to provide medical treatment, advice or otherwise. I am simply sharing what works for me in the hunt for increased insulin sensitivity which in return creates a much easier basis to control my BGL's (blood glucose levels) as well as decreasing long term diabetes related health complications.
